This is a 100% authentic Mulberry Classic Alexa in Bark Brown Soft Calf Fur Printed Leather with Brushed, Pale Gold Hardware. 

A Mono Felt Liner is also included in the sale.

From Mulberry's hugely popular Autumn Winter 2012 campaign inspired by Maurice Sendaks ‘Where the Wild Things Are’ this amazing regular sized Alexa is crafted from a fur embosssed, matte calfskin in ombre, warm brown tones.

Supple but not soft, the texture is almost crinkly but looks like a furry suede without the furze!

A naturally soft sided design, the addition of the firm felt liner provides additional structure and organisation, but it's perfect without if you love your Lexy's slouchy.

Absolutely glorious (and far more resilient than you'd imagine,) it's light for size and can be carried by hand, on the shoulder or across the body.

Details -

Barely any evidence of use, the reason for the *notation is due to a small, vertical streak of stray inking, (edge sealant) to the front, upper LH side of the bag, (below the flap when closed.) Similarly there is a tiny, dot of inking to the front, LH side, (location also circled.) Both present from manufacture and completely unnoticable in use.

Normal tonal differences in the furry print.....what looks like a small round mark to the middle of the base is purely part of the patternation.

Natural lightening in shade around the corner curves, all stitching is tight throughout and inking without any wear whatsoever.

A few barely there scratches to the hardware, as shown.

Lined in pristine chocolate Mulberry Tree jacquard cotton with zipped pocket and leather trimmed slip pocket. The top of the flap is lined in soft, chocolate suede.
