Made in England from a beautifully glossy and super thick, oxblood toned hide, it's reminiscent of the Antique Glace leather finish, of old.

Wonderfully traditional, solid and sturdy, it's curvy, characterful and everything we loved from Mulberry's yesteryear.

A Bayswater that will just get better and better with age and use, growing old more gracefully than any of the more recent leathers, (and smells utterly delicious too...if you know, you know!)

 Details -

A strong, robust and curvy style with a nicely softened silhouette, original protective film is in place on all lockpates, padlock and base feet.

A very slightly floppy flap with a little curl to the RH side, it's all part and parcel of an exceptionally lovely, classic, heritage design.

No wear to the leather whatsoever, just the usual light surface scratches to the hide, as forms the inherent nature of an original Natural Vegetable Tanned hide. All shown in detail in the gallery below, with use and time these blend to develop a fabulously charaterful finish.

Light surface impressions to the top flap from the triangular formation of the rear handle bases, as is common. Top handles are well shaped but will naturally flop downwards if not held or placed upright.

Hardware is all As New, stitching tight and inking (edge sealant) perfect with the exception of the minor wear to the two front flap inlets (that sit over the two front handle bases) and two of the handle bases, as shown.

A few, extremely well camouflaged spots of stray inking dotted about, (RH of cloche, base feet,) but none visible without the closest of inspections.

 Self lined in entirely clean suede, (not an additional lining) with a zipped pocket and two slip pockets.
