Crafted from a firm, exquisitely finely grained, smooth, shiny calfskin, this sleek, simple YSL clutch is a classic.

Carried only a handful of times, it's in a superb condition throughout.

As is very commonly seen with this finish, there is a small, entirely natural, horizontal striation in the hide on the rear, RH side of the bag. An extremely light, diagonal fingernail scratch to the surface on the rear, upper RH side, both are shown with the zoom and locations highlighted.  Neither visible without the closest of inspections.

The tiny ravines in the inking, (edge sealant) at each top side of the flap, where it flexes open and closes is part of the design and not a crack or split.

 The reason for the * rating is due to an inherent feature of the finish on the front, upper RH side of the envelope flap. Shown from a normal distance, up-close and then with the zoom so you can see it clearly.... (which does make it look very severe!), to the naked eye this is almost completely invisible and forms a natural part of this leather type.
