The only reason this piece hasn't achieved a New condition rating is due to the peeling protective film to the front Postmans Lock Plate and it's absence from the underside plate.

No visible scratches to the Postmans Lock Plate and only a few miniscule contact scratches to the underside plate, (barely visible to the naked eye.)

Protective film in place on base plate.
