The Louis Vuitton Mahina finish was inspired by Polynesian culture who believed the phases and crescents of the moon were controlled by 'Mahina' ...a lunar deity. This leather is drummed gently in construction to pull up the grain and the skin then coated to preserve its beauty and provide resilience. 

Ideal for smaller bags but with spaces for everything, it's as practical as it is pretty.

Details -

 An almost As New exterior, there is just the tiniest flex crack to the inking, (edge sealant) on the spine, from the motion of opening. Barely visible to the naked eye, this does not affect the use of the piece in any way.

The reason for the *notation is due to the semi-circular markings to the smooth calfskin lining inside the zip around purse where coins have rested. Much less noticable in use, this has also be reflected in the price.
