Crafted in England from a thick, pebbly grained, ultra supple hide, it feels soft, slouchy....so reminiscent of the luxe Pebbled leather of old. Carry by hand, shoulder or across the body.

Not a lightweight piece, weighing in over 1kg when empty, it's completely worth the work-out though!

Self lined in a beautifully tactile, deep pile suede with leather slip pocket, there's plenty of room for everyday and can be worn on the shoulder or across the body.

Details -

Nicely softened from use, the silhouette is curvy with beautifully 'inny' corner curves and that fabulous smooshiness that develops with a nice heavy grain finish.

If you prefer a more structured look you'll need to add in a firm, felt liner.

No wear to the hide whatsoever. No scuffs, scratches or scrapes, all stitching is tight and inking (edge sealant) in place.

The plait top handle and shoulder strap are excellent with the latter displaying a linear impression across the middle hole where the buckle has been set. The two snap end clips display slight darkening to their inner cuves from contacting with the D rings.

Hardware is bright and shiny with a few light scratches to the Postmans Lock Plate, (almost invisible to the naked eye,) and the inevitable contact marks to the front base poppers when the magnets snap close. The metal clad satchel strap tip ends both display extensive surface scratches however these are much less noticable than the close up photos make them appear.

Self lined in clean suede with flattening to the pile at the base. The top flap is lined in leather.

The reason for the *notations is due tp the perfumed aroma from the previous owner. Advised to be Chanel N°5. "The eau de parfum draws inspiration from the parfum with which it shares its floral aldehyde signature.
