The Hermés Kelly, first created in the 1930's, was named the 'Kelly' in 1956 when Princess Grace Kelly of Monaco unveiled it to the world. The Kelly 'To Go' adapts its shape and iconic details into a neat clutch-wallet design with a removable strap that allows you to wear on the shoulder or across the body, (will sit on, or above, hip level.)

Crafted in the beautiful bordeaux, Rouge H shade from the fantastically practical Evercolor leather, it's a densely embossed calf leather that maintains color vibrancy, feeling soft to the touch whilst retaining structure and resisting water and scratches with ease. Elegant without being fragile, structured without being rigid, it combines durability with luxury effortessly.

Original protective film in place on all lockplates and staff, without the closest of inspections this piece looks perfect.

A nicely firm (but not hard-sided) silhouette, the two, horizontal straps (sangles) display slight unneveness, though this is much less noticable in use than the photos make them appear. 

A couple of very shallow surface impressions to the hide on the front, lower RH side of the bag and some very light wear to the inking, (edge sealant) to the RH, front corner curve. The shoulder strap is immaculate, all inking in place and the interior pristine.

Minor contact scratches to the padlock zip pull with slight dulling to the base header, the reason for the *notation is due to the gusset stitch thats drooped down from the LH side of the central zipped section. Commonly seen on this design with use and does not affect the integrity of the piece in any way. These looped stitches can lose tension over time and though they are not structural, (the gussets are held together via the lower stitching) this has been reflected in the price. The stitch can easily be returned to it's original position and secured with adhesive should the buyer wish, (as it appears to have been done previously, evidenced by the slight, whitish residue visible under magnification.)
