This is a 100% authentic Mulberry Small Darley Satchel in Amethyst Silky Calf Leather with Golden Brass Hardware.

A compact, semi structured, saddle flap bag (first released as the Postmans Lock Satchel), crafted from a firm, evenly grained, royal purple toned hide. 

Retro vibes, a robust design and ultimate practicality with a neat, rear slip pocket and fully lined in soft, black calfskin nappa leather with 3 credit card slots to the interior.

Light to carry and easy to use, wear on the shoulder or across the body, (may sit on or above hip level.)

At first review this fabulous Darley appears unused. Immaculate leather, all stitching tight and all protective film in place.

A sit impression to the middle hole of the shoulder strap where the buckle was set from manufacture and also the last hole where I moved it to photograph how the bag sits when worn across the body, (see Gallery below).

The interior is lined in entirely clean black calfskin nappa displaying only the lightest evidence of use and a single diagonal fingernail scuff to the flap's lining, (barely visible.) 

The reason for the *notation is due to the common, flex crack to the inking, (edge sealant) at the flap back. On the RH side only currently, (the LH side will crack in time,) this is shown clearly in the close up photos provided however is a completely normal feature and does not affect the piece in any way.
