Chanel Perfect Edge Medium Flap Bag in Burgundy Calfskin with Aged Ruthenium Hardware

 This is a 100% authentic Chanel 'Perfect Edge' Medium Flap Bag in Burgundy Calfskin with Aged Ruthenium Hardware.

Born in 2015, this double flap with a difference is crafted from a soft, grainy bordeaux toned calfskin with a beautiful light glaze that repels marks and rain with ease.

Softly structured with a nicely padded feel, it's robust, practical and a bag you'll never need to baby.

 Carry by the top handle (gorgeously chunky but light as a feather,) or on the shoulder, (drop not sufficient for across the body,) there are compartments for everything and a handy, external rear slip section too.

An incredibly useable Chanel, that will take you from day to night with ease.....at a price point not to be missed!

Please note there is no Chanel Black Plastic Serial Numbered Card with this piece, however, as always, it's guaranteed 100% authentic.

Details -

A supple design the form has gently softened with use though it's still upright and well shaped. Strong yet pliable, its one of those pieces that's really comfy to use with a layout that organisers can only dream of!

A double flap format with the front section comprising of twin gusseted compartments, with zipped pocket. The section behind is a slim, slip pocket and there's also a slip pocket to the exterior rear for those everyday, need-to-access items.

No immediately visible wear, it's colour consistent, all hardware is excellent, (original protective film remains in place on Chanel embossed popper base and the two, interior eyelets,) and inking, (edge sealant) is all firmly place.

Stitching is tight throughout, and though the quilting stitches are not as smooth as when new, they are not fluffy or rubbed.

A very shallow surface impression to the rear, upper LH side of the bag where it's rested on the chain strap in storage, a light scuff to the front, LH side's base corner curve, and a natural striation to the centre of the middle flap which was present from the time of purchase. None noticable without the closest of inspections.

Two, very light fingernail scuffs to the main sections, middle compartment top seam. Locations circled and shown with the zoom, these are extremely difficult to see due to the light glaze to the finish.

Fully lined in clean grossgrain cotton with a couple of very small vague signs of use to the main sections base area, (completely unnoticable, see close up photo.)
