This is a 100% authentic Mulberry Classic Heritage Bayswater in Oxblood Coloured Natural Vegetable Tanned Leather with Shiny Gold Hardware.

Made in England from a thick, glossy, rich dark cherry/black forest toned Natural leather, reminiscent of the beautiful 'Antique Glace' hide of old.

Traditional, solid and sturdy, it's curvy, characterful and everything we loved from Mulberry's yesteryear.

A Bayswater that will just get better and better with age and use, growing old more gracefully than any of the more recent leathers...it' utterly divine!

  Condition - Well Used

Details -

A strong, robust design with a soft, rounded silhouette and supple form, (see standing empty,) the top handles will flop downwards when not held or placed upright due to the softening to their bases.

Naturally 'inny' corner curves and lots of fabulously characterful creasing, there are the usual light surface fingernail scratches to the hide, as forms the inherent nature of this finish with use, (all shown in the photo gallery above.)

Light surface impressions to the top flap where the rear handle bases rest, there is very little actual wear to the leather, just colouration rubbing to the corner curves with a little darkening to the trims and a few tiny dot scuffs to hide.

Please note the curved striation to the hide on the rear, upper RH side of the bag, present from construction, forms a normal feature of the finish.

Stitching all strong and hardware is bright and shiny with lots of light scratches to the Postmans Lock plate, minor friction contact to the underside plates and scratches to the apex of the base feet from being placed down, (see gallery below.)

The main reason for the Condition Rating is due to the wear to the inking (edge sealant) to the handle bases, the two front flap inlets (that sit over the two front handle bases) and the sides of the flap, as shown. This does not affect the use of the piece in any way.

 Self lined in clean, ruffled suede with a zipped pocket and two slip pockets.
