Mulberry Classic Postmans Locked Cosmetic Pouch in Black Natural Vegetable Tanned Leather

This is a 100% Authentic Mulberry Classic Postmans Locked Cosmetic Pouch in Black Natural Vegetable Tanned Leather with Golden Brass Hardware. 

(The precursor to the Darley Pouch, RRP £325)

Mulberry's original PML pouch, crafted in 2013 from a soft, yet strong, supple, classic NVT hide.

Ideal as a make up bag, great as a compact clutch and also perfect for travel, as packs down flat.

Condition -  Very Good to Excellent

Details -

No wear to the hide, just smoothing to the grain at the corner points, this lovely locked pouch has been cared for very well.

No scuffs, scratches or scrapes, all stitching tight and the lockplates are excellent.

Friction scratching to the sides of the turnlock and a little silvery paling to its end, (unnoticable without very close inspection.)

The main reason this piece hasn't achieved a sole Excellent condition rating is due to the commonly found flex cracks to the inking, (edge sealant) at each side of the flap base where it joins. Shown in detail in the photo gallery, this is imperceptible and does not affect the use of the piece in any way.

An oval surface impression can be noted to the middle rear of the pouch where the internal oval badge rests. Easy to see in the photo, it's barely there to the naked eye.

Lined in clean, dark chocolate Mulberry Tree jacquard cotton with leather lined top flap.
