Iconic in its simplicity and crafted from a soft, supple, pebbly grained bull clemence hide this medium sized Evelyne is a casual, go-anywhere day bag.

Curvy yet sleek with a comfy to carry, wide, webbed adjustable strap, it's a design that moulds perfectly to your side in use and a style that will never date.

A rich forest green shade with beautiful, azure blue highlights to the strap, it's a stunning colourway.

Light compared to capacity, with a rear slip pocket and tab sealing main compartment, wear on the shoulder or across the body for hands-free ease. 

The Evelyne bag was named after Évelyne Bertrand, who was the head of Hermès’s riding department. Designed in 1978 to carry grooming equipment, (the perforated H was designed to enable air to enter the bag to dry the equipment,) it was originally sold in stores alongside other equestrian goods.

Hard to believe she was born in 2013, this piece is is an amazing condition throughout.

Well shaped, colour consistent and without any immediately visible use, she's gently softened but still upright, corners and curves without wear, stitching all tight, hardware all shiny and the webbed strap barely any surface ruffling, (just a lit sit impression where the buckle has been set.)

It's only on inspection under magnification can you note the lightest surface scratches to the snap hooks, minor darkening to their inner curves and the slightest tarnish dulling to the D rings that attach to the strap, (all invisible to the naked eye.)
