Hermés Evelyne TPM Mini 16 Amazone in Black Taurillon Clemence - SOLD

This is a 100% authentic Hermès Evelyne 16 TPM Amazone in Noir Taurillon Clemence Leather with Shiny Gold Hardware.

The Evelyne was named after Évelyne Bertrand, who was the head of Hermès’s riding department. Designed in 1978 to carry grooming equipment, (the perforated H was designed to enable air to enter the bag to dry the kit,) it was initially sold in stores alongside other equestrian goods.

The TPM is the baby of the Evelyne family, (think phone, keys and small purse,) this darling piece is crafted from a soft, pebbly grained clemence leather in the classic, solid black and gold colourway.

Light to carry and so easy to use, it's a go-with anything, go-anywhere bag with instant appeal.

 Details -

Carried only once, the only evidence of use is the lightest surface dink and miniscule hairline scratches to one end of the shoulder straps snap hook, (barely visible to the naked eye.)

D rings are excellent, all stitching tight and the wooly surface of the textile strap still nicely smooth.

The leather is pristine throughout.

As is inherent in the design, there are natural undulations to the form as present from construction. (All photos taken when empty.)

Self lined in soft, deep nap suede.
