Mulberry Small Iris with Flat Studs in Teak Classic Smooth Calf - SOLD

This is an Unused 100% authentic Mulberry Flat Studded Small Iris in Teak Classic Smooth Calf.   

Not your standard small Iris, this semi-structured beauty is crafted from a firm, finely grained, pale caramel toned calfskin adorned with brushed silvertone flat studs.

Upright and angular, it shares the same trapezoid sides and keystone lock but has a 'Gladstone bag' like, twin top bar, giving it a more formal feel.

The perfect amount of suppleness to ensure it's comfy to carry, it's design that will never soften or lose its shape so ideal if your prefer your bags not to slouch.

Part of a very small production run..... you'll stand out from the crowd with this rare to find piece.

Carry by the two top handles or wear on the shoulder, (not suited to cross body wear,) it's easy to use and seals with a self locating magnetic snap.

Details -

 Just stored in a display cabinet since purchase and occasionally admired, the shoulder strap has been attached to the D rings which has caused minor contact marking to the snap hooks inner curves.

Protective film remains in place on the front Keystone Lock and underside of magnetic closure. 

The interior is self lined in soft suede with a small vague area of dark marking to the base. Location circled and shown with the zoom, this is part of the hide and was present from manufacture.

The only reason this piece hasn't achieved an As New condition rating is due to the light, fingernail scratches to the hide. Two to the front, LH side of the top bar, one below the Mulberry England embossing, one to the rear, upper RH and a diagonal linear one to the rear, lower RH side, (see large photo below.) All much less noticable than the photos make them appear, this has been reflected in the price.
