Ever wished you could have the quality of a canvas from 1993, with the benefit of brand new calfskin vachette and hardware? Well this may be your answer.
Recently renovated by Louis Vuitton, with complete replacement calfskin throughout, new zip, new hardware.....everything's new apart from the canvas, (and it's still the best bit!)
This version does not have D rings to each side, so not designed as a Bandoulière, however you can add in a strap to the handle bases to carry, if desired. Illustrated in the photo gallery, this strap is not included in the sale.

Condition - Very Good
Details -
Gently creased from storage, the canvas is grainy, gorgeous and the only reason for the Condition Rating is due to the scratch and grain smoothing to the rear RH corner curve where the bag has been scraped on something. Shown in detail in the photo gallery above, whilst the texture of the surface has been affected, it does not effect structural integrity in any way.
A tiny scratch to the calfskin vachette, vertical strapping on the LH side rear, as shown.
Entirely clean textile lining, the only place you can discover the old calfskin is in the interior on the handle base petals. Rather nice to have the original history retained whilst benefitting from a whole rejuvination, I feel.
