This is a 100% authentic Mulberry Classic Postmans Locked Cosmetic Pouch in Oak Natural Vegetable Tanned Leather with Golden Brass Hardware.

The precursor to the Darley Pouch, this  classic locked pouch is crafted from Mulberry's original Natural Vegetable Tanned Leather.

Details -

A gentle natural forward lean when empty, as the suppleness of the leather type ensures its not a structured, hard sided piece.

The gentlest combination of burnishing and surface rubbing to the four base corners and light fingernail scuffs throughout.

A beautiful patina developing,....... this is an incredibly attractive leather type that just gets better and better with age and use.

Stitching all tight and inking, (edge sealant,) in place the only reason it hasn't achieved an Excellent condition rating is to the base plate's contact 'crazing' around its perimeter. Completely unnoticable to the naked eye, there is no tarnish, oxidisation or flaking.

Lined in entirely clean dark chocolate, Mulberry Tree jacquard cotton with leather lined top flap.
