Mulberry Abbey Bucket Bag in Oak Classic Grain Leather

This is a 100% authentic Mulberry Abbey Bucket Bag in Oak Classic Grain Leather with Golden Brass Hardware.

  Inspired by the vintage bucket bags from the 1970s archives, the Abbey is a contemporary twist on a much-loved silhouette.

Crafted from a strong yet still pliable hide that will gradually soften and mould to your side in use (whilst the rigid base will ensure the bag holds its shape,) the classic grain leather has a lovely, gentle glaze which repels marks and rain with ease.

Plenty of room for everyday, featuring a small detachable zip pouch and mini Postmans Locked belt closure, it's light to carry and can worn on the shoulder or across the body, (will sit on or above hip level.)

 Details -

At first review it looks perfect. Well shaped, colour consistent and without any immediately visible wear.

Only on the closest of inspections can you note a tiny chip to the black inking, (edge sealant) on the LH side's base perimeter. Similarly, there are two, tiny, dot scratches to the shoulder strap. Locations circled and shown with the zoom.*

Protective film in place on the base plate there are hairline surface scratches to the mini Postmans Lock Plate and a little rubbing to the hardware finish to the sides of the Mulberry embossing. Barely identifiable to the naked eye.

As is often found on these pieces from construction, there are a couple of tiny, flex cracks to the inking on the rear LH side of the shoulder strap where it joins the bag. Shown with the zoom in the photo above, it doesn't affect he use of the bag in any way and is invisible unless bent backwards to view.

A sit impression to the last hole of the shoulder strap where the buckle has been set. The small, zip around purse is As New.

All lined in entirely clean, fine-nap suede.
