Mulberry Classic Alexa Satchel in Black Mini Leopard Patent - SOLD

This is a 100% authentic Mulberry Classic Regular Alexa Satchel in Black Mini Leopard Patent Leather with Shiny Dark Nickel Hardware.

Subtly glizty, the shiny patent mini leopard printed finish overlays a fine nap suede for a nicely subdued yet still eye-catching piece of Animalia.

Gunmetal silver hardware and oodles of attitude, this rather sexy Lexy is uber-cool-casual...... sparkle and seriousness, all wrapped into one.

Condition - Good Used to Very Good

Details -

No wear to the suede, just the natural slight ruffling to the pile as happens from first use and the mini leopard patent overlay is bright, without rubbing or lifting, (it's a much hardier finish than you'd imagine.)

A very supple design, the form is given some structure via the support of the rolled patent piping trims but is a design that will naturally slouch when empty, (you'll need to add in a firm, felt liner if you prefer a more upright look).

No cracking or feathering to the wrinkled patent and piping is excellent with just a very vague, white surface mark to the rear, RH corner curve, (location circled in the Gallery above.) A highly reflective finish, anything else in the photos is purely the light.

Inking (edge sealant) is intact throughout, even at flexing points, stitching all tight and the the long detachable strap and plait feature top handle, pristine. 

Without close inspection the Postmans Lock Plate appears unmarked however there are numerous hairline polish scratches, tiny dotting and the two underside plates display light, friction scratching. The two metal clad satchel strap tip ends display scratches, (much less visible to the naked eye.)

Minor contact wear and dulling to the two, front, self locating poppers with finish loss to the perimeters of  their underside magnetic plates, (unnoticable in use and does not affect the use of the piece in any way.)

The interior is fully lined in clean black Mulberry Tree repeat cotton with a zipped pocket and leather trimmed slip pocket. The inside of the top flap is lined in soft, black suede.

There is a little finish loss to the reverse of the Mulberry Disc, where the serial number has been applied. Again, this doesn't affect the aesthetic or functionality of the bag in any way.
