This is a 100% authentic Gucci Medium Sized Bamboo Handle Tote in Dark Red Pebbled Calfskin with Shiny Gold Hardware.

A forerunner to the Diana Tote, (width and depth are the same but Diana is taller,) bamboo was first used in the post-war era when traditional materials were hard to come by. This iconic feature has now become not only a symbol of the spirit of reinvention that runs throughout the House's designs but one of Gucci's most recognisable signatures. 

Crafted from a robust, pebbled calf leather noted for its softness, elasticity and lightweight qualities, it's an incredibly beautiful shade midway bold and subdued.

Supple and curvy with compartments galore, it's an organisers delight and a dream to carry, whether by hand or on the shoulder.

Details -

Almost As-New, there is a small, light surface impression to the hide on the front, LH side of the bag from storage and a very vague, dot smudge to the oatmeal marl interior lining. Shown in the last picture in the Gallery above, without the closest of inspections you'd be forgiven for thinking this stunning piece had never been carried.

An extremely slight surface rub to the rear, LH corner curves' piping trim, (location circled and shown with the zoom,) this is invisible to the naked eye.

Hardware is all bright and shiny with only miniscule scratches to the apex of the base feet.

A gentle wave across the middle hole of the shoulder strap where the buckle has been set, the bamboo top handles are perfect and all stitching and inking, (edge sealent) pristine.
