Louis Vuitton LockMe II in Noir Calfskin with Shiny Silver Hardware - SOLD

This is a 100% authentic Louis Vuitton LockMe II in Noir (Black) Calfskin with Shiny Silver Hardware. 

A classic, top-handle shoulder bag, crafted from a thick, supple and deeply grained soft-calf that moulds perfectly to your side in use.

Gusseted, popper-snapped sides and a simple twistlock closure that ensures contents remain safe and secure, it's a design that marries form and function effortlessly. Elegant and feminine, sartorially smart yet so cool with it's traditional satchel bag styling......and of course, the perennial black bag never goes out of style!

Details -

A naturally supple silhouette, the form is gently softened but still holds is shape well. 

No wear to the leather, corners display minor smoothing to the grain but there are no scratches or scuffs whatsoever and the bag is entirely colour consistent throughout.

A smattering of miniscule, (smaller than pin prick) sized white dots to the hide can be noted to the surface of the hide throughout. Extremely tiny and only visible on the closest of inspections, this is likely to be residue from a leather protective spray, (I have not attempted to remove.)

The silver tone, (palladium plated brass) hardware is bright and shiny with surfaces scratches to the front plaque and underside plates and slight resultant dulling to the turnlock end, as shown.

The main reason for the Condition Rating is due to the flex cracks to the inking, (edge sealent) which is very commonly found on the more supple pieces with use. Present to the sides of the top aperture, where they cinch inwards with the poppers, very slightly around the top curves of the flap and to the sides of the shoulder strap. Complete unnoticable, the bonding is all in place, without deterioration or tackiness and the flex crackling does not affect the use or integrity of the piece in any way.

The remainder of the shoulder strap is excellent, as is the attached top handle.

Pristine, black grossgrain liner interior divided into two main sections (the front one with twin slip pockets) and a slim, slip compartment to the centre.
