This is a 100% authentic Louis Vuitton Speedy B Bandoulière 25 NM in Raisin Monogram Empreinte with Shiny Gold Hardware.

Crafted from a warm plum toned, supple, grainy calfskin, this originally styled Speedy B with front slip pocket is a beautiful, berry toned delight!

Details -

A naturally soft silhouette, (this is a style that will develop a lovely slouchiness with use,) its been stored carefully in its box and the base now shows a central vertical crease when empty, see photo when lying on its side. Not visible in use, the addition of a firm felt liner will maintain a more rigid shape, if preferred.

Beautifully textured side panels, you can actually see the grain and smooshiness developing.....the quality of the materials on these pieces really does make you realise how lucky we were back then!

No immediate evidence of use, it's colour consistent, all stitching tight and there is only one, very light surface scuff to the rear, RH side's base corner piping, as shown. A small ruffle* in the inking, (edge sealent) on the LH rear, trim by the aperture, (see location circled and shown with the zoom, ) and a barely there, almost invisible, surface, fingernail scratch to the top of the rear handle.

Hardware is excellent throughout, shoulder strap appears unused and the interior lined in clean,  striped textile with zipped pocket and two slips.
