This is a 100% authentic Louis Vuitton Vintage Croissant PM Shouder Bag in Monogram Canvas with Vachette Calf Leather Trims and Shiny Golden Brass Hardware.

A design inspired by the crescent moon, this first incarnation of the ever popular Croissant is a retro delight!

The smaller, pochette size, it's such a sought after piece and so rare to find in such a good condition.

Crafted from a thick, robust and beautifully grainy canvas from 2003 and lined in luxe, bright red alcantara.

Details -

A semi structured silhouette, the form of the half moon shape is excellent however, as is commonly found on this design from construction the top panel displays a natural unevenness. This is inherent in this style and not a fault or storage issue.

Stitching all strong and hardware very good with minor surface scratches and dulling around the top areas of the zip pull, only visible on very close inspection.

The vachette piping around the sides of the bag is evenly honeyed and without wear.

The top handle / shoulder strap displays gentle creasing to its upper, slight darkening to the underside and there is a smatter of marking to the underside near the buckle.

Paler areas to the upper side of the strap, near the buckle and corresponding end part of the attaching strap at the end hole, where the suntan can't reach.

There is a light, linear mark across the strap at the end hole where the buckle bar has rested and the red edging is in place though has a naturally dry texure, (these pieces were made to age well.)

Light tarnish to the buckle with contact scratches to the centre of the bar where the pin rests.

The interior lining is entirely clean and fresh.
