This is an Unused, 100% authentic Mulberry Classic Small Bayswater Satchel in Oak Natural Vegetable Tanned Leather with Golden Brass Hardware.

The classically styled Small Bayswater Satchel (SBS) was the second incarnation of Mulberrys baby-bayswater. The first was the Ledbury which was made without a shoulder strap, then the SBS was born and it continued to share all the wonderful, heritage charm and features of its larger namesake, but with the addition of the long strap that attached at each side and allowed you to wear on the shoulder or cross body.

A reincarnation or three later and Mulberry introduced the Soft Small Bayswater which shares similar dimensions however none of the leathers can compete with the fabulous character, grain and beauty of original Natural Vegetable Tanned, (especially in Oak!)

Details -

Stored carefully since purchase, protective film on all hardware this  outstandingly lovely piece is just as it left Mulberry.

Lots of natural creases and striations to the hide. No scratches or scuffs, (what shows on the top handles as linear marks are natural veins), this is a fabulously characterful hide that will just get better and better with time, use and care.

Please note the pressure indentations to the top flap created by the handle inserts, as is commonly found on this model. An entirely normal feature of the design and top handles will flop when not placed upright or hand held.

A very light sit impression to the middle hole of the long, shoulder strap where the buckle has been previously set, (only removed from tissue wrap for inspection and photos.)

Pristine, self lined, suede interior with a side zipped pocket. The texture of the suede on the top flap is slightly shaggier than the interior.....again, just a part of construction.

Made in Turkey.
