This is a 100% authentic Mulberry Small Amberley Chinoiserie Top Handle Satchel in Black Shiny Croc Embossed Calfskin with Golden Brass Hardware.

Original RRP £950 (with scarf)

Released in limited numbers to celebrate the 2019 Chinese Lunar New Year, this piece would have come with a detachable silk twilly scarf on the handle, painted exclusively for Mulberry by a Chinese artist, (not included in this sale.) 

Crafted from a glossy, darkest inky black, crocodile embossed calfskin hide with sleek lines and firm, structured silhouette, it marries the contemporary with heritage style effortlessly.

Carry by the top handle or wear on the shoulder, (both are removable so you can switch it up and add in alternate straps as you desire!) its wonderfully light, easy to use and the  ideal compact day to evening bag.

 Details -

At first review this stunning piece looks As New. Perfectly shaped, curves immaculate, original protective film in place on lockplates and no immediately visible wear. 

Its only the very closest of inspections can you note the very minor horizontal fissures to the surface finish of the hide, just above the base seam on the front of the bag. Not wear or damage, (it looks like tiny 'stretch marks') which were created in construction where the over tension of the leather (being curled to meet the base) has caused the glossy surface to split slightly. Location circled and shown in close up detail in the Gallery above, this is invisible in use, will not worsen and does not affect the use of the piece in any way however has been reflected in the both the Condition Rating and the price.

Lined in gently ruffled black suede with natural flattening to the nap of the suede on the top flap's lining, where it rests on the top aperture when closed. 

There is flex cracking to the inking, (edge sealent) at each side of the back of the flap, where it joins the main body of the bag. Often found on the more structured designs.
