This is a 100% authentic Louis Vuitton OntheGo GM in Rouge Escale Giant Monogram.

Summer 2020 Limited Edition Collection was inspired by shibori, the age-old Japanese technique that consists of twisting and knotting fabric before dying it. Tie-Dye Monogram canvas, inspired by traditional beetroot dyes in a gradation of ombre beachy pastels recalling pink sands and tropical sunsets, brings a casual, Summery feel to the Escale pieces. 

Super roomy, sleek, simple, firm (but still flexible) this big, bold shoulder tote is as practical as it is beautiful.

A choice of long shoulder straps or top handles, there's space aplenty & its so robust, you'll never worry about carrying.

Without close inspection this piece looks as it if could be New.

Perfectly shaped, protective film in place on inner zip pull, stitching is all tight and hardware pristine.

The canvas is entirely clean and bright, all motifs precise, top handles, shoulder straps and all smooth red calfskin trims are completely As-New.

A 2mm catch to the edge trim to the canvas, on the front RH side's panel, (see zoomed photo), this doesn't affect the use of the piece in any way, won't split or worsen and is completely unnoticable.

The main reason for the Condition Rating and the *notation is due to the wear and remedial action received to the base corner curves. Shown in detail in the Gallery above and also with the zoom, to the naked eye it appears as if the surface is just slightly rubbed. It's only if you inspect closely can you note the corners have been restored with a matching bonding polish which has subsequently rubbed. Reflected in the resale price this is much less visible than appears in the photos!  

Lined in clean mini monogram textile with a large, flat zipped pocket and two slip pockets, the top seals with a single clip fastening. There is a small and extremely vague, smudge like mark to the interior lining on the front, LH side wall, (barely even there.)
