Details - 

The only reason for the *notation is due to the signs of storage to the packaging. A light dustmark to the dustbag and a few marks to the cardboard of the Presentation Box with splits to the corners, as shown in the last picture in the Gallery above.

The Speedy B Bag and all other of its aspects is in an entirely Brand New condition throughout.
