 This is a 100% authentic Chanel 226 Reissue Mademoiselle Large Flap Bag in Aged Black Calfskin with Ruthenium Hardware .

 There are Reissues and there are Reissues and this one is really rather special. Her beauty is so hard to capture on camera....she comes alive in the flesh with her particularly stunning calfskin, so fabulously soft, creasy and distressed with a gorgeously gently padded feel.

Gloriously glossy, glowing almost gunmetal grey in some lights and the antiqued silvertone bijoux chain compliments her beautifully.

Dress her up or wear her casual....she's as at home in the day she is in the evening.

Details -

Carried only a handful of times there is no evidence of use to the exterior.

Colour consistent, well shaped and entirely without wear.

All corners and curves are immaculate and the leather has a purposefully textured quality which gives these pieces so much character.

A structured but not hard sided design, each side, base and top displaying the common, folded formation and triangular crease lines. The sides of the base in particular displaying this natural silhouette that forms part of the style.

The usual light surface impressions to the LH side of the interior flap, from the zip header, can be noted, (storage felt has been added to prevent further impressions).

Lined in smooth, entirely clean, burgundy calfskin with only a few of the lightest, fingernail scratches from use, (shown in the Gallery above....barely there!)
