Mulberry Abbey Small Bucket Bag in Oak Classic Grain Leather - SOLD

This is a 100% authentic Mulberry Abbey Small Bucket Bag in Oak Classic Grain with Golden Brass Hardware.

  Inspired by the vintage ‘bucket bags’ from the 1970s archives, the Abbey is a contemporary twist on a much-loved silhouette.

Featuring a small detachable zip pouch and Postmans Locked drawstring belt closure, its light to carry, easy to use and an ideal bag for everyday.

Crafted from a strong, evenly grained 'Classic Grain' hide, its supple enough to soften gently with use but the rigid base will ensure the bag always holds its shape.

 Details -

No immediately visible wear, its well shaped, colour consistent and protective film remains in place on base plate.

No marks or scratches to the hide, just the lightest surface scuffing to the black constrast inking, (edge sealent) on the base's, front RH perimeter edge. The full extent / area shown in the photo above.

Zip pouch is clean and unworn, hardware is excellent throughout and all stitching is firmly in place .

The attached, adjustalble shoulder strap displays two sit impressions where the buckle has been previously set.

As is commonly found on these pieces when carried, the inking* will crack at flex points due to the motion at tension points. Only visible on close inspection, this can be noted at each side of the shoulder strap (where it joins the bag) and some miniscule crackles to the top aperture. This is a normal feature of use and does not affect the structural integrity of the piece in any way.

The interior of the bag is self lined in clean, suede with a smattering of sparkling, specks of glitter in the nap!
