Crafted from a thick and nicely rigid, smooth and exceptionally finely grained 'box' calfskin, you can carry on the shoulder or remove the strap completely for a roomy clutch..... a piece that will transition effortlessly, for any occasion.

Details -

Perfectly shaped and without any 'wear', pieces crafted in box calfskin are prone to scratches and fingernail scuffs from their very first use. A number have been acquired to the front, lower LH area and base (all shown in detail in the Gallery above). A completely natural feature, they don't affect the use of the piece in any way however this has been reflected in the price.

Two, small and very vague dark shadows to the hide on the rear, lower RH side of the bag. So slight to be barely there.

A natural hide, there are vertical, tonal striations to the curve of the top flap. An entirely normal (and very attractive!) feature of this leather type. Stitching is all tight throughout, edging all in place, hardware and shoulder strap excellent.

The interior is lined in a beautifully soft and tactile, clean, caramel toned lambskin displaying on the very lightest use, (a few small fingernail scratches, no marks or catches).

Three interior sections, one zip sealed and the front has a double slip pocket.
