This is a 100% authentic Mulberry Somerset Shoulder Hobo in Black Pebbled Leather with Pale Gold Hardware.

A simple & comfy to carry medium sized hobo, the Somerset shoulder bag is easy to use and effortlessly stylish.

A single, self locating popper to the top or you can fold it over making the more slouchy shape, its crafted from a thick but pliable hide.

If you have a messenger strap you can also detach the shoulder strap and wear cross body, making it into a large messenger bag.

 

Condition - Well Used

 

Details -

Don't let the Condition Categorisation immediately deter you.....without close inspection it looks in a Very Good if not Excellent condition!

Carried extensively it's entirely structurally intact. The leather is a deep consistent black and entirely without wear. No marks, scratches or scuffs and rolled piping is perfect throughout. 

Stitching is all strong and in place and hardware excellent.....the colour is a really lovely, pale gold tone, (much less yellow than Antiqued Brass or Shiny Gold.)

Soft and pebbly, the silhouette is slouchy so it moulds to your side in use. If you prefer a more upright look you'll need to add in a deep, firm, felt liner to provide some rigidity. 

The leather to the shoulder strap has softened from use, becoming slightly wavy and there is flex cracking and wear to the inking (edge sealent) to the sides, as shown.

Cracking to the inking along the entire length of the top aperture can also be noted on close inspection. Commonly found on these very supple pieces with use, it doesn't affect the use of the bag in any way but has been reflected in the price. Should the Buyer wish to have the inking renewed, I'd be happy to provide recommendations for restoration services.

Self lined in clean but faded, black linen textile with a zipped pocket and leather trimmed slip section.

All shown in complete detail in the gallery above and nowhere near as scary as it looks in the pics, to the naked eye, its not perfect but an ideal everyday Mulberry that you'll never worry about using.
