This is a 100% authentic Mulberry Classic Heritage Bayswater in Poppy Red Coloured Vegetable Tanned Leather with Shiny Pale Gold Hardware.

Made in England.... the original Mulberry icon. 

A stunning, classically styled Bayswater crafted from a thick, robust and fabulously characterful NVT hide.

A richly saturated but mellow red shade, the shiny, pale gold hardware compliments it beautifully.

Details -

Protective film in place on Postmans Lock Plate, base plate, inner disc and all four base feet, this amazing Bays reminds you of Mulberry craftmanshp from yester year.

An intoxicating leather aroma, (if you think back to Darwin.... this is it). Absolutely divine. 

A thick and creaky hide....undoing the inner buckle belts makes the same noise as adjusting the stirrup straps on a saddle), it really is an incredibly lovely piece.

A curvy silhouette, it will stand up when empty but will relax and soften with use to eventually become a fabulously supple and slouchy bag. Still relatively new, a gloriously creasy finish is absolutely promised and the hide is guaranteed to develop that wonderful glossiness that only develops on original Natural Vegetable Tanned hides.

Colour consistent and without wear, there are the commonly seen surface impressions to the top flap, from the rear handle base inserts.

An extremely light, twin, parallel fingernal scuff to the front, upper RH side of the flap. Almost invisible to the naked eye, you have to angle the bag to view, see photos provided.

All inking (edge sealent) in place and stitching tight.

Shoulder straps are firm and well shaped, though slightly softened to their bases so will flop downwards when not placed upright.

The interior is self lined in clean suede with two leather slip pockets and zip section.

Lots of natural striations to the leather on the pocket, (around the Mulberry badge and disc) and a few light fingernail scratches.
