This is a 100% authentic Mulberry Hampstead Bucket Bag in Maize Yellow Silky Calf with Golden Brass Hardware.

  From the Spring/Summer 2019 Bag Collection the Hampstead gets its name from the famous Lido (open air swimming pool) and is inspired by the vintage bucket bags from the British sixties couture and Mulberry's 1970s archives.

A mix of playfulness and sophistication, it's a contemporary twist on the much-loved drawstring Bucket Bag classic.

Crafted from a firm but still gently supple hide that will soften and mould to your side in use, the rigid base ensures the bag holds its shape without sagging so will never slouch into a rounded silhouette. 

Easy to use, light to carry and a perfect balance of retro-cool and modern design, its a 'go-to' everyday bag full of practicality and charm!

At first review this piece looks New.

Perfectly shaped, entirely colour consistent, protective fim on three of the base feet and no immediately visible wear.

If you turn the piece upside down you can see the very lightest evidence of use to three base corners and a surface scuff* acquired to the piping on the piping on the LH sides corner curve. Shown with the zoom in the Gallery above, (the crackly looking texture of colour on the piping is the entirely natural finish of the hide....it really does look like this when you are viewing microscopically). To the naked eye the scuff is signficantly less visible!

A tiny catch to the inking, (edge sealent) on the top LH side of the aperture. Without the closest of inspections this is imperceptible.

 All stitching strong, all hardware excellent and both top handle and shoulder strap are As New.

Lined in entirely clean midnight blue, herringbone weave cotton twill with zipped pocket.
