This is a 100% authentic Louis Vuitton Pochette Métis in monogram canvas and vachette calfskin with golden brass hardware.

 RRP £1,650

 A neat, concertina satchel style, the tri compartment (plus slip section) Pochette Métis, is an organisers delight.

Deceptively spacious with a zipped pocket to the reverse of the bag, it's one of those wonderfully robust bags you'll never need to baby.

Details -

An extremely well cared for bag, the only reason this piece hasn't achieved a sole 'Excellent' condition rating is due to the scratches to the base plate, as shown.

The monogram canvas is pristine throughout. Supple, strong and the silhouette only gently softened, (see photo standing empty). Motifs all precise, without rubbing, corners and curves unworn and stitching strong.

The edging (inking sealent applied to the edges of the piece) is all entirely intact with only the tiniest, feathering crackles to the LH side's flap base. (The horizontal, inlet 'v' ravines to each side are normal feature of construction to allow the flap to flex when opening and closing, these are not splits.)

The vachette calfskin top handle is very lightly and evenly honeyed and still relatively pale, even on the underside.

The engraved front lockplate displays only extremely light hairline scratches. Paling to the goldtone finish on each of the base plate's circular lock pins, though this is not noticable to the naked eye. Protective film  in plate under top plate.

Shoulder strap is firm, well shaped and in an excellent condition throughout.

The interior is lined in clean, dark chocolate microfibre displaying light ruffling as happens from first use.
