 This is a 100% authentic Chanel 227 Reissue 2.55 Maxi Flap in Aged Black Calfskin with Ruthenium Hardware.

 An incredibly beautiful piece......dark, edgy and one of those Chanels you can dress down with jeans in the day or glam up for the evening.

Crafted from a soft to the touch, creasy calfksin, its tactile, strong and yet still supple.

A bag that lies perfectly at your side and with plenty of room inside, it's guaranteed compliments wherever you go.

Details

No wear whatsoever. Incredibly well kept, the condition is superb.

Stitching tight, colour consistent and immaculate corners and curves,

Natural gentle folds to the top curve, base and sides as part of the normal construction of this style. These pieces are designed to lie flatter than classic flaps (which sometimes look boxier the bigger they get). Shown in detail in the photo gallery above, the silhouette is more angular when empty so if you prefer the fully stuffed look, you'll need to use a firm, felt liner inside.

A small, twin, dot, surface impression to the rear, back pocket's lower LH side, where its rested on the chain in storage and the commonly seen 'dip' undulation to the centre of the interior flap where it attaches to the prestud closure.

Hardware is As New. No scratches  from the movement of the turnlock on the front Chanel embossed lockplate and protective film in place under lockplate. The bijoux jewellery chain and eyelets are similarly As New.

The interior is entirely clean and without wear.
