Mulberry Jamie Bucket Bag in Oxblood Washed Calf with Felt Liner - SOLD

This is a 100% authentic Mulberry medium sized Jamie in Oxblood Washed Calf Leather with Shiny Gold Hardware.

  Inspired by the vintage ‘bucket bags’ from the 1970s archives, the Jamie is a contemporary twist on a much-loved silhouette.

Gloriously grainy and fabulously textured calfskin in a wonderfully conkery burgundy tone..... its a hide that will soften and slouch with time and use.

The Seller has also included a basic, pale yellow felt liner in the sale.

 Details -

A beautiful hide with lots of natural striations and a deep, characterful grain, the leather is just beginning to soften and gain that lovely slouchy feel to the bags lower area.

A barely there, diagonal fingernail scratch to the smooth base trim at the bottom, front of the bag, two linear surface impressions and a horizontal scratch with a dot scuff to the RH side of it, on the RH side trim, see collation above.

Two extremely small surface indentations, one hairline scratch, a V shaped fingernail scuff, a few light scratches and surface impressions to the base and two light scuffs to the shoulder strap. All shown in the Gallery....to the naked eye these are very hard to see.

A vague, darker, horizontal linear shadow, half way down the LH side's smooth leather side panel strip caused by stray inking, (edge sealent) that would have been wiped away by the craftsman during construction. Present when received from Mulberry and very hard to notice unless you know its there.

 Two visible hairline scratches to the embossed front, oval plaque and friction scratching to the O rings from contact with the shoulder strap clips.

Lined in clean oatmeal cotton marl with a zip pocket and leather trimmed slip pocket.
