Hermés Evelyne III TPM Mini 16 in Bougainvillea Taurillon Clemence Amazone with Peony Red Strap - SOLD

This is a 100% authentic Hermés Evelyne III TPM Mini 16 in Bougainvillea Taurillon Clemence Amazone Bull Calfskin with Peony Red Strap.

Crafted from a beautiful, vibrantly toned, evenly grained hide with shiny Palladium silver hardware, this classic messenger bag is the ideal compact, hands free bag. The baby of the Evelyne family, (think phone, keys and small purse!) this darling piece shows very little evidence of use.

The Evelyne was named after Évelyne Bertrand, who was the head of Hermès’s riding department. Designed in 1978 to carry grooming equipment, (the perforated H was designed to enable air to enter the bag to dry the equipment)... and were originally sold in stores alongside other equestrian goods!

 Details -

The slightest darkening to the smooth leather of the two, side, top pieces, below the D rings from contact with the straps clips. Hardware displays the most miniscule hairline contact scratches, not visible to the naked eye.

No wear to curves or corners and all stitching perfect.

Entirely colour consistent, there is a pin head sized white dot to the rear, RH side, near the seam, (see photos above for location and zoomed picture). 

Self lined in clean, very lightly ruffled suede, the reason for the * rating is due to two, small dark marks to the interior base lining.
