This is a 100% authentic Mulberry Regular Lily in Oak Natural Vegetable Tanned Leather with Shiny Gold Tone Hardware.

 Made in England, this classic flap bag is crafted from a beautifully rich, deep oak toned, NVT hide. Oodles of character and super condition, its a hide that just gets better with age and use.

The Lily is an effortlessly elegant style often chosen as an evening bag due to its versatile size and compact shape. The Lily has a woven leather and chain strap that can be worn short or long, and is finished with signature details such as the postman's lock and leather padlock fob.

Condition - Very Good to Excellent

Details -

An extremely well cared for Lily, there's no wear, scuffs or scratches. Corner curves, stitching and inking (edge sealent) all excellent with just the most miniscule few flex crackles at the flaps base sides.

The leather is beautiful....a mellowed. richened, deep oak tone with a fabulously characterful grain that only a good Darwin or NVT hide develops with time.

A small and very vague variation in the grain of the leather on the upper middle reverse of the bag, (see location indication and close up in gallery above). This was present at the time of purchase.

Nicely softened, supple with a lovely slouch, see photo when empty, (you can add your own felt liner if you prefer a boxier silhouette) so moulds perfectly to your side in use. 

Original protective film in place on Padlock and base plate, there are light contact marks to the underside plate and the Postmans Lock Plate is excellent with only a couple of small surface scratches.

Interwoven leather and chain shoulder strap is excellent thoughout.

Lined in clean, ruffled, self lined suede, with a Mulberry Tree fabric zipped pocket.

Made in England.
