Mulberry Medium Mabel in Black Soft Goatskin Leather with Gold Hardware - SOLD

This is a 100% authentic Mulberry Medium Mabel in Black Soft Goatskin leather with shiny gold tone hardware. 

Now one of Mulberry's vintage designs, the medium sized Mabel is a wonderfully spacious day bag and this ones crafted from a gloriously grainy and robust, goatskin hide.

Lots of capacity, she's a real work horse of a bag. Resilient to all the use you can throw at her, she has a lovely sheen and shrugs off marks, wear and rain with ease. 

A bag you'll never need to baby and will just go on and on and on, she's supple and unstructured, (see photo of her empty) so perfect if you like a slouchy silhouette.

Details -

At first review you'd be forgiven for thinking she was almost new.

Well shaped, without any additional softening to her naturally supple form. Colour consistent, without any immediate visible wear, corners and piping are pristine.

Shoulder straps are firm, again without any evidence of use but on very close inspection can you note two, rectangular impressions to the inking, (edge sealent) on the sides of the shoulder straps, near their bases, see close-up photos above.

A tiny, virtually imperceptible catch to the hide on the top LH side of the bag, on the edge of the leather by the zip, (see zoomed photo in Gallery)

Hardware is all bright and shiny with hairline scratches to the chunky Mulberry disc and zip pulls.

The interior is entirely clean, just the usual gentle ruffling to the suede.

The shoulder straps are fixed with a drop of 23cm (though with additional slouch to about 25cm)
