Hermés Grand H Façonnée Scarf Stole in Gris Jacquard Silk and Cashmere - SOLD

This is a 100% authentic Hermés Grand H Façonnée Scarf Stole in Gris Jacquard 30% Silk and 70% Cashmere.

 A rare to find, unisex scarf from 2012, this is not the same as the current style (which is 75% silk and 25% wool).

A much softer, fabulously matte finish, with a slightly subtler H weave (due to the lower sheen), and more rectangular in shape.

 Details -

Lightly creased, the colour is consistent, there are no stains or aroma and the hand rolled and stitched edges are all excellent.

One, small dot, loop-pull* to the weave, (which has not run), as is inevtiable with use the fibres of the material move and gentle widenings in the weave develop. These are not visible as holes, just rubbing to the fibres and can only be seen if you hold the scarf up to the light and allow the light to shine through. When laid flat or in use, they appear as just the slighest surface rubs. I've photographed the widenings with light shown through and also illustrated how they look when laid flat. These are a natural feature of use of these pieces and do anticipate more widenenings to form.
