Mulberry Classic Bayswater Tote in Black Natural Leather - SOLD

This is a 100% authentic Mulberry Classic Bayswater Tote in Black Natural Leather with Polished Brass hardware. 

A marvellously robust and easy to carry shoulder tote, (now so sadly discontinued), there's plenty of room for work or play. 

Crafted from an exceptionally fabulous hide with an absolutely delicious rich leather aroma, its one of those bags that makes you remember why Mulberry became great.

Details -

Glorious, thick, glossy and beautifully grained leather with the most fabulous character... reminiscent of the vintage Darwin of old.

 Gently softened but with almost no wear, its supple but will stand up empty and you can cinch the sides in with the adjustable belt for a less trapezoid shape, if you prefer a more tapered look.

Corners are excellent, colour is consistent throughout and there are just two, barely visible light surface scuffs, one to the lower front LH side and one to the rear lower RH side, (its a challenge to actually even find them!)

Shoulder straps firm and well shaped and inking (edge sealent) is in place with the commonly seen flex cracking to the two front handle bases, where the handles meet the top trim.

The Postmans Lock Plate and underside plates are excellent. There is friction rubbing and minor finish loss to the turnlock sides and paling to the apex of the base feet where they have been placed down.

The interior is clean, self lined suede with a large leather zipped pocket
