Mulberry Classic East West Bayswater in Chocolate Natural Leather - SOLD

This is a 100% authentic Mulberry Classic East West Bayswater in chocolate natural vegetable tanned leather with brass hardware.

A smaller, baguette shaped version of the Classic Bayswater, its an ideal size for everyday and a comfortable shoulder-bag, (with a strap drop of 19cm).

Light to wear, easy to use and so sadly now discontinued, its a style so very much missed.

Details -

Crafted from a beautiful, dark chocolate hide its softened and developed that glorious glossiness and creasiness that only comes with time and care.

No wear war to the leather, corners are excellent, there are no visible scuffs or scratches, just that generally 'lived-in' look that suits classic Mulberry pieces so well.

A slight backwards lean to her silhouette when empty, (see photo collage above), her top flap has that common undulation and the handle bases have impressed onto the top flap resulting in small 'dips' to hide. Should the buyer wish a more solid outline, a felt handbag liner insert is recommended.

All inking (edge sealent) and stitching is in place and shoulde straps are softened but still hold their shape.

Light friction rubbing around the turnlock hole on the front Postmans Lock Plate, the underside plate displays scratches. Base plate is very good and the interior is self lined suede with a side zipped pocket and adjustable internal belt.

Suede is lightly ruffled and generally clean to the main area. The lower area on the interior flap displays flattening and minor darkening.
