Taken out only once, its only very lightly creased with just one, tiny horizontal pull* to the silk weave, see photo above.

As present at the time of purchase, there are three, miniscule hairline, vertical bleed lines to the printed 'O' in Louis Vuitton at the end of scarf, and one to the end of the 'L'
