 This is a 100% authentic Chanel 225 Reissue Mademoiselle Flap in Black Distressed Calfskin with Antiqued Gold Hardware.

An incredibly lovely Chanel piece, the silhouette is semi structured but the leather so soft and textured with an almost padded feel.

A shimmery black tone, it looks almost charcoal grey in some lights and complimented by the beautiful, ornate chain, this stunning Chanel is as at home in the day as in the evening.

Condition - Very Good

Details -

The leather is sublime. Colour consistent, wihout scratches or marks, just gently softened, (each side displaying the common, folded formation and the triangular creases of this style)

No wear to the quilting, corners are very good with only the very lightest surface rub to the front LH corner curve and some extremely minor flattening to the grain to the others.

The usual, surface impressions to the interior, LH side of the flap from where the zip headers rests when the bag is closed.

Holding stitching firmly in place at each side of the bag.

Hardware has a naturally antiqued finish with a beautiful pale, champagne gold chain which gives so much character  to this piece.

There are the tiniest and slightest rubs to the bottom corners of the mademoiselle lock plate and friction scratches to the middle top, where the turnlock twists in contact.

Smooth, clean interior with a light, surface fingernal scratch to the RH inner side, (see photo above) and tiny, barely there blueish, linear mark to the lower RH base.
