This is a 100% authentic Mulberry Lily in Plum Loopy Leopard Patent Leather with shiny gold tone hardware

An amazing pattern, the mixture of plums, purple and pinks creates a head-turning effect.

Liquid gloss patent finish, its effortless to wear, marvellous to keep clean and completely impervious to the rain.

 

Condition - Well Used

 

Details -

At first glance, this fabulous Lily appears to be in a super condition.

Clean, bright patent, vibrant and nicely balanced colouration, well shaped with perfect corners, (any white 'marks' in the Photo Gallery below are purely reflections of the light) and no marks, scratches or splits to the patent.

Some light, natural creasing to the middle of the top flap, the form of the bag is firm, though not structured, and all stitching and inking, (edge sealent) is in place throughout.

However, on close inspection you can note some loss of the patent coating to the upper, rear, LH side at the top aperture and side panel (see close up photos in the gallery above). Very well camoflagued, this is hard to see in use, but has been reflected in the price.

A slight 'creak' to the turnlock, there's lots of hairline scratches and surface dinks to the Postmans Lock Plate with a diagonal scratch across the middle. The underside plate displays extensive friction rubbing and crazing to the surface and the base plate is similarly worn.

Minor dulling and scratching to the chain shoulder strap, the interwoven patent is very good with the usual, occassional strand of peeling inking poking up.

The interior has a lining of thick beige suede which is ruffled but clean, with a small, blue pen catch to the rear RH side. The top flap also has a blue pen mark to the lower RH side, (both shown in zoomed photos above).

A much, much lovelier bag in the flesh than a listing of its faults make it sound......
