This is a 100% authentic Louis Vuitton Eliza small shoulder bag in black Multicolore.
A compact, zip top, shoulder bag, ideal for day to evening occasions.
The Louis Vuitton Monogram Multicolore collection was first introduced in spring 2003 by Japanese pop artist, Takashi Murakami who decided to revamp the traditional monogram toile and give it a splash of color. He created a new vibrant canvas pallet with 33 silk-screened colors. Together with Marc Jacobs, the Multicolore line became a huge success.
Well shaped, unsoftened, the canvas is in a very nice condition. Deep, even black with bright, well defined motifs, the only rubs to the print is either side of the front pocket to the two flowers as shown.
The vachetta beneath the front buckle shows a 'pale' stripe underneath, (not visible when closed) and a small mark on the underside from the pin.
The hardware is dulled with scratching and the top zip pull is 'pitted' from use, though this not particularly visible in use
The corners are darkened, dry and worn and the vachette displays uniform darkening and minor marking as shown in the Photo Gallery.
The shoulder strap honeyed with some softening and though edging is in place to the sides of the strap, it shows wear around the loops that attach to the O rings at each side of the bag.
Lined in clean, soft alacantre with side slip pocket.
