This is a 100% authentic Mulberry Regular Alexa Satchel in Oak Soft buffalo leather with shiny gold tone hardware 

The iconic Alexa, now so sadly discontinued, is a casual, every day bag that can be worn on the shoulder or across the body.

Plenty of roomy, this one looks in a super condition at first review, though there are a few small issues that have been reflected in the price.

Details -

Crafted from a rich oak hide, the wonderful creasiness and character that soft buffalo does so well has fully developed.

A very supple hide, (see her collapse when empty) there's no real wear to the leather. Corners display the lightest rubbing and all inking and stitching is excellent.

A lovely, almost crackly sheen to the hide, there is an extremely vague area of slightly darker colour transfer to the lower, reverse of the bag, (virtually imperceptible to the naked eye). A small mark to the middle of the LH side panel and light scuff just above this, (almost concealed by the pleated gathering)

A small area of finish loss around the turnock hole on the Postmans Lock Plate and scratches to the surface as shown. Lots of friction scratches and finish loss to the sides of the turnlock end. The underside plates are immaculate.

The metal clad tips of the two front decorative straps display numerous scratches and there is a small area of tarnish to the dog clip fastener on one of the long shoulder straps ends.

The plait top handle is excellent, firm with all inking in place and the detachable strap similarly excellent

The interior is lined in entirely clean, chocolate Mulberry tree repeat fabric with a zipped pocket and leather trimmed slip section. A very small light mark to the upper RH side of the Mulberry badge.

The top flap is lined in thick, soft, gently ruffled, chocolate suede.
