This is a 100% authentic Mulberry Classic Small Bayswater Satchel

in  Red Onion High Pebbled Patent Leather with shiny, dark silver nickel hardware.

 

Crafted from a wonderfully rain resistant and fabulously squidgy, rich purple toned, crinkly patent......its like a beautiful, blackcurrant boiled sweet!

 

  Condition -  Good Used to Very Good

 

Details -

Deeply textured, liquid patent leather literally glowing with glossiness, the lacquer has a  highly reflective and beautifully crinkled finish which makes any marks or scratches simply invisible. 

A dot sized mark to the front of the bag, in the middle, at the bottom, (I've not attempted to remove), there's a small scratch to the RH side panel and a tiny 1mm scuff to the rear of the bag, near the base seam. A vague discoloration to the rear LH handle base and a pin head sized parallel scratch to the front RH corner curve, the remainder of the corners are perfect, (any white marks in the photos are purely light reflections)

 All of these are extremely difficult to see as they are almost completely camoflagued by the nature of this leather, (see last quad photo above)

All inking and stitching are excellent and hardware very good with light scratches to the Postmans Lock and and some friction rubbing to the underplates. The turnlock has a slight creak, though this does not affect the use of the bag in any way.

Please note the pressure indentations to the top flap, caused by the rear handle inserts, as is commonly found on this model. 

Top handles and long detachable shoulder strap are excellent.

The interior is lined in clean, lightly ruffled, soft black suede with a side zipped pocket.
