This is a 100% authentic Chloe Marcie medium sized shoulder / satchel bag in 'Laguna Blue' calfskin leather with brushed gold tone hardware.

 A perfect balance of shapely and slouchy, with curvy lines and instant recognisability. An incredibly pretty, azure / teal tone, its one of those colours that just looks fabulous no matter what you wear!

Details - 

Colour consistent, without any evidence of use to the leather, wrapped handles are firm, stitching all in place and interior entirely clean.

A very small dark mark* to the rear, upper RH side, near the handle base as was present at the time of purchase and a barely there, surface scuff to the inner side of the rear handle, near the top, (both virtually impossible to see unless inspecting extremely closely)

As is so commonly seen on these pieces, the contrast inking, (edge sealent) around the lower curves of the bag, flex with use and create the tiniest, feather like cracks. Incredibly minor, there are currently very few and are extremely difficult to see, but have been photographed in close up detail in the gallery above.
