in oak printed leather with antiqued brass hardware.

Now discontinued by Mulberry, the baguette shoulder version of the Bayswater is a perfect every day bag.

Light to carry and easy to use, its a perfect fit for the shoulder and though this ones been nicely loved there is still a lot of love left for her to give!

  Condition - Well Used

Details-

Very little actual wear, the leather has richened to a beautiful caramel tone and gained a lovely, even seasoning and character throughout.

A very attractively spaced print, its a well shaped bag, still stiff and nicely structured with a wonderful, heady leather aroma.

A few tiny, barely there water spots, some fingernail scratches and very minor rubbing to the corners, all stitching is excellent and the inking (edge sealent) around the top aperture all in place. 

Hardware is aged, with lots of friction scratches to the underside of the top plate, the usual scratches to the turnlock end and a little around the turnlock hole.

A diagonal scratch to the LH side of the Postmans Lock plate, as shown.

The shoulder straps are softened with darkening to an area at the top where they have been hand held. Inking is crackled and the handle bases display a little loss, as do the recessed section on the top flap.

Overall an extremely attractive EW Bays which is much lovelier in the flesh than a listing of its faults make it sound.
