Details -

The canvas is excellent. Clean, unworn and colour consistent.

The smooth calfskin leather is very good throughout with light fingernail scuffs to the surfaces of the trimmings, as is inevitable witht this very finely grained hide.

Very light rubbing to the corners, not wear, the silky, webbed shoulder straps are excellent, clean and without rubbing.

The hardware is very good with some general dulling and a scratching to the front embossed clasp and strap buckles, (no tarnish, oxidisation or finish loss)

The drawstring is excellent, holding firm but the main reason this lovely bag hasn't achieved a sole Very Good rating are the small scratches to the lower LH side panel, at the botton seam where is been scraped against something. Much less visible than the photo make it appear, this has been reflected in the price.

The interior is lined in entirely clean, Gucci signature, wipe clean fabric with a side zipped pocket.
